A Very Nice Pre WWI Austro-Hungarian Officers Sword
This pre WWI Austro-Hungarian officers sword is absolutely beautiful. The handle guard bares the double headed eagle coat of arms. The scabbard has the royal monogram "FJ I" for FRANZ JOSEF THE FIRST" who was in power 1867-1915. This sword has the nicest gilding! The scabbard is very nice but has some scuff which could be re-colored black with maybe shoe polish.
