A Rare Early Painted Aluminum WWII German Army Buckle
An excellent painted aluminum army buckle with leather tab by the uncommon maker (for Army buckles) Steinhauer & Luck. The buckle is in almost mint condition with only a little high spot ware on the eagle. The tab was broken on the back side and repaired by the vet or previous owner. I actually did not notice it till after I photographed it and had the large photos on my screen. That's how well done it is. Price very reasonable for a super rare buckle.
